You have to teach your dog an eating ethic.... Eat your food when I give it to you or go hungry until next time to eat...
same thing with kids.... If you give in to their temper tantrums and give them only hot dogs, they will only eat hot dogs. (Kids - If you put you foot down and teach them they have to try everything at least once, then they learn to like many different things.)
For a dog, put their bowl doen for 10 minutes. Then pick it up. Nothing more until next meal time. If they eat part, then only fill it back up to normal amount. Do this for several days, until the dog eats the meal eat time you put it down for them. They will learn.

Sometimes it upsets their tummies, others their teeth are bothering them. Rule out things like this and feed quality food and you shouldn't have any problems. We have to add unsalted chicken broth to Elke's dinner, not because she doesn't like it, but because she is old and has trouble chewing the crunchy kibble. We tried senior dog food and she didn't like it, no idea why. Small adjustments on your part will make the difference. Human food is usually too salty and too fatty for dogs.

Your dog is not eating his but is eating human food because you are giving him human food.

If given the choice would you expect a child to pick veggies over cake and ice cream?

Quit giving him human food, put his food down at meal time, after 20 minutes take it away. If it takes a few meals or even a few days that is not the end of the world.

Just incase it went stale or is a bad batch buy a fresh bag of food.

I’ve long thought, and seen it confirmed by research and also said by naturopathic types, that dogs SHOULD be eating human food! Obviously not cookies and nachos. But dogs evolved alongside humans eating our cast offs. My dogs have dry kibble always out so they can nibble if they feel hungry. But they eat my leftovers and I share food bits and pieces generally. They get raw chicken drumsticks, wings, and thighs every evening. And I’ve started giving them a raw egg twice per week. My dogs have really healthy coats and are thriving.

They also didn't live as long as well-cared for dogs. Being alive and thrive are different conditions
