Late September and very humid almost mid-Summer like temps still but we have at least and finally had some rain thrown in the last couple of days. Had a quiet day on the schedule and decided to take the boys up in the woods for a little stream walking and critter chasing. Pretty hilly/muddy hike in but worth it, no one around.

I've watched my girls since we moved out here and thought how perfect. Not necessarily my place but their freedom to just be dogs. Not chained, not fenced , exploring, monitoring, swimming, relaxing. Becca had a set pattern to patrol the yard, out behind the coop, down the field, up over the hill, around the barn, quick see rink at the pond and back to the hill to survey.
