I noticed yesterday morning he came in whinning and limping on his front foot. It seem to get better as the day went on but this morning he was still kind of limping but not bad. He still runs around and plays with the other dog like always. he's 9 week old. I think he and the other pup was playing alittle rough and maybe pulled or sprained a muscle. Is there anything like childern asprin that I can give him?

I almost wouldn't give him anything to cover the pain, cause with a little pain he also may be a little more careful so he'll heal faster.
I'd try to keep him quieter for next day or so (good luck with that
) and if he's still limping pretty badly, take him to the vet just to make sure it's nothing serious....
