I know some SAR folks who have had nice dogs from Landschaft - she does not participate on the forums but I would call her references.

As to the pedigree - I would not have the background to comment

 

I've had 2 dogs from Marcy. I would buy from her again in a heartbeat. She'll make a good match for you. She's honest and it's important to her that the dogs have a good home

My dog Pele is from Landschaft (Chevy x Jabina Bertram) has tremendous drive and is what I am looking for in a dog. Marcy has been great to work with and stands by her dogs. I wanted a dog for sport that is what I got. SHe tries to match you up. I do not know the dogs in the pedigree you mentioned. Marcy and John Jabina may the best source. When I am ready for another I will go to Landschaft again.

 

The start of this post is a very long time ago and not sure what has happened with this breeder since. I did purchase a puppy from Landschaft (2024) but I do regret it. Some flags from the beginning but I choose to ignore as mistakes can happen.
Had to request photos of the puppies as I wasn’t sent any or given any updates till almost time to pickup. During pickup I was given a small ziplock bag of food that wouldn’t last more than 1-2 days as she was running out. After pickup and the first vet check he still had worms and needed to start additional medication.
The puppy selected for us was meant to be a family dog and it has been a heartbreaking experience with reactivity, aggression and learning difficulties. I emailed the breeder 2x and she never responded back even after I mentioned my son was bit as myself from a less than 1 year old GSD. Thousands of dollars spent on training with no improvement. I have experience with this breed and this was not normal behavior. Felt disappointed and completely let down from a breeder selling puppies for 3K. I hope no one else encounters what I have 💔.
