I agree, These GSD are horrible. Mine has caused me so many issues.
I have lost 26 Lbs. since we started are daily walks and training. . Causing me to know longer need to take Blood Pressure medicine. Wife has lost 20 lbs
WTF is dog Yoga and workouts???? Crazy!
My beer budget is now spent on training tools that they love to play with. Alcohol consumption is 0 now replaced with water. No time for sitting around doing nothing anymore.
I haven't seen my couch in weeks!
My vitamin D levels have leveled out.
My screen time on my phone is non-existent. And when I actually have time to scroll through my phone it is primarily dog training ideas.
Don't get me started with how my social life has been expanded by doing tracking and scent detection.... I am going to have to make more time when/if we start bite work.
Relationship wise is horrible. My wife wants to spend time with me now outside with our dogs! So much for alone time.
Speaking of alone time. Can I just go to a room or outside without being followed EVERYWHERE!?

Unbelievable the amount of time and lifestyle changes these dogs can impact on your life.
All sounds good except the no-money-for-beer part (n)

Please don't get a fish. They aren't any easier.

Maybe a nice plant.
You have to water them though.

I had to return an aggressive angel fish to the pet store, back in the day. It caused nothing but trouble, bullying other fish in the tank. I once put a prayer plant outside while it was raining, unfortunately it picked up a stowaway cane toad. That was an unpleasant surprise, when I brought the plant back inside. Fish, plants, nothing is easy.

I spoke too soon - googled and found this:
but there aren't any photos of the results.
This one says it's a malinois/poodle mix:

I actually feel for the poster, I too had a rant for many months cause of r psycho puppy! I cried my eyes out to my hubby cause r pup wouldn't listen to me and def hurt me a lot and this was r 2nd shepherd! But in time I learned how to handle her, she calmed down a lot and we had better yrs together! R new shepherd pup is a piece of cake compared to her and I'm enjoying it very much 😊.
