Sad, though it doesn't surprise me the damage that many dogs can do. A co-worker lost 3 purebred show cows to 12 dogs before he could get to his rifle and load it.

They literally formed a pack, scavenger dogs I'm assuming. In that case, who do you blame? The city for not rounding them up? I don't know.

How awful for this poor women. Just trying to catch the bus to her new job. I have never seen dogs roaming like this before, ever. It's odd to see even one dog running in my area. I feel lucky.
