Okay so I bought my girl Sadie a couple weeks ago and just noticed she has a wire/spine feeling thing in her stomach about 8inches long and has a scar near her chest shes 6months old not sure what it is it doesn't seem to bother her when we touch it or look at it and all the hair is grown back and looks old

What could this be?

Since you just got your Sadie, she should go in for a checkup anyway, so you can ask the vet. Since the vet may want to know the circumstances, if you can, ask the previous owners .

I actually just fot ahold of the previous owners she had a belly button hernia and got that removed and also got fixed at the same time

you are most likely feeling the mesh used to repair the hernia. still should have the vet check and make sure all has healed well.
