First a bit of background: I like to whistle for our puppy Zoe, it gets her looking around and makes her ears do funny things. Then she always looks at me funny with a look on her face that says "Was that you dad? Quite playing around please.".

Anyways, my wife just called me at work, and her and Zoe were watching tv, well my wife was, Zoe was playing with her toys, and in one of the commercials a guy started whistling.

Zoe then ran to the baby gate that is near the garage door and started looking for me because she thought I had just come home and was whistling!

Cue my heart breaking... I want to go home and be with her and my wife today!

Whistling is great. I have a certain whistle for Kane that makes him come running to to me everytime. It comes in handy when you have them off leash, and you need them to come to you ASAP.
