I live near that area and I'm interested in getting a pure breed. Who is someone that you guys have heard of or know personally who breeds good quality dogs. I'm also planning on moving to SE Colorado, should I start to bond with my GSD now or get one later on over there (If I were to wait until I moved, then who would you recommend over there)?

There's Rall Haus German Shepherds which I would look at, especially if you want to see the breeder/dogs in person. If not then geography is not really a factor, I live in your area and got my pup shipped from True Haus in California.
