We took Joey to the vet last week. He thinks it's some sort of dermatitis, and told us to use Zymox cream with hydrocortisone for 10 days. It doesn't seem to be working.

Will call the vet when the 10 days are up to see if there are other options, but was wondering if anyone has encountered this before.

Our dogs lip looks like that sometimes if he has been catching the frisbee too hard. Probably bites himself! :D

Joey's favorite toys are a Kong Squeezz ball, and a Gappay ball with string. Constantly in his mouth. Very possible a reaction to one or both of these.

If you think that that may be the case and the hydrocortizone isn't helping, nix it! Cortizone does have side effects.

I have some coconut oil in the house; will try that.
