I am always looking for ways to change up Fanta's diet and came across these things on Oma's Pride page. they are local and I can go pick it up.
Here goes:

Turkey Hearts Whole - $0.81/lb
Duck carcass - $1.08/lb
Duck neck skinless - $1.32/lb
Lamb breast & Rib Rack - $2.15/lb
Beef green tripe Fine Ground - $2.65/lb
Trachea - 20 pieces for $6.98
Whole mackarel - $2.48/lb

I know you feed Green Tripe but what about other "cuts". are these OK?
what about prices?

I try to keep all the prices under $1/lb. I know the 35lb duck necks are about 0.60/lb. I think they are from Maple Leaf Farms but will check next time I get a case. If they ship into NY, maybe they'll ship to a store near you.

The meat prices don't look to bad. All are a bit higher than what I pay through a butcher / wholesaler.

Love turkey hearts! Dogs love turkey hearts. I love the duck necks. They are just the right size. Never used duck carcass. Almost out of lamb flanks and I think those were a little over $1/lb but the quality wasn't very good. Tripe costs $3/2lb.
