He's a very nice boy. We evalled him and he passed, but he's not good with other dogs or cats. We have no open foster homes. This is a municiple shelter in a fairly affluent town and I believe they are very low kill if not no-kill.

ACK! I live very very close to him! I can't take him (i live in a townhouse with a 5 month old pup) but let me know if theres anything i can do...
