My girl is 6.5 months and most of the time she wants to be outside. It's kind of unsustainable really.

She gets out for an hour in the morning and the evening. She is also brought out two to three times between for up to a half hour at a time.

Can anyone advise me on what I should do? She does not like Kongs.

She does like normal bones but at the moment she is teething.

You didn't go into much detail and I got the impression that she is loose outside which she likes and you want her to be inside with you. For that to work it she needs a good walk first and play time with you, then she will be tired out and will nap inside. Also inside have her follow you and practice her down/stay - reward her for doing so. Since she is teething, give her the chew toys inside. Instead of letting her go outside every time she wants to, take her for walks at regular times and play fetch and tug with her - that way she will learn to interact with you and that you are fun to be with.
