Maybe he should not eat so soon before or after a walk. Usually the "rule of thumb" is no exercise one hour before or 2 hours after eating. You don't mention where you are - could it be that it's hot and he is overheated? Again, the no exercise before/after eating rule would help this. Good luck
I agree with keeping him quiet for the hour following his meal and hopefully that will help.

I do exactly this as well. I set the kitchen timer for the hour before, and as soon as it goes off, my GSD trots in to wherever I am to let me know it's meal time. Afterward, he goes into his crate for a nice nap. I check on him several times while he's in there, but otherwise, he snoozes peacefully til his timer goes off. One hour before, two hours after. Every day, every meal. It gives us a nice routine (and gives me time to actually get stuff done as well!)
I am feeding raw chicken mince which is bones and all and kibble and raw beef mince and kibble two meals a day he is exercised then fed
I would try waiting to feed a bit after the walk. If that doesn't work, I might suspect something with the food. My GSD did something similar -- fine for months and months with his diet, but then started that regurgitating thing, and he had developed a sensitivity.

There are other things that could be wrong, but I would try changing your timing first -- that would the easiest thing and hopefully it will work.
