Update straved white shepherds WARNING GRAFFIC PIC

Last year there were two white shepherds starved down to skin and bones in St Catherines Ontario. I can't find the original link but I wanted to give an update for those who remember and add a picture of one of the dogs. It's from when it was brought in to when it was adopted out.

Oh, I remember that posting, it was awful. Thanks for the update!!!

The dog sure looks good in the second photo.

Too bad those people only got a slap on the wrist, IMHO they should have had jail time.

They were only banned from having animals for 5 years and have to pay less than 1800 in fees???? They should be shot!!

Flippin' idiots. This angers me so much. So happy for the adoption. I hope that precious dog never feels hunger again.

What a turn around! As I remember they were not sure he would survive. Looks like he landed on his feet and has a loving new owner.

It is a shame the original owner was not punished a little more harshly.

What a wonderful ending for this baby!! And in my opinion, the people should be tied up and left to starve while someone eats three meals a day in front of them. Justice is an eye for an eye.

Yeah no kiddin'. They deserved a long stretch to think about what they did. In this state such an offense would get you a couple years in the crossbar hotel.

I'm sure glad the WGSD survived and went on to a good life.
