You can give tuna from time to time, but there is a concern heavy metal toxicity among other things, so feeding other smaller fish like sardines is a better choice.

Not sure I would feed much of it either, due to what others have already said. What about canned mackerel?

I give Kenya canned sardines (water packed). A can usually has 3-4 fish and I would give her one fish a day.

In general, the smaller the fish the less contaminant--there's been less chance of cumulative build up along the food chain.

So small fish like sardines are great. Mackerel are also good.

Both these fish also have far more of the good omega's than tuna--and they are cheaper.
