This dog is in a town about 10 minutes from me, I am totally disgusted and ashamed of the PD Union there..

It's New London... I'm not surprised. The NLPD and town government have been notoriously lazy and callous for as long as I can remember. I'm more surprised the handler isn't willing to foot the bill.

Unfortunately, New London has caught a boatload of bad press for all kinds of stuff before, and none of that ever changed anything
