My dog Sarge just turned 1 in May. He is my friend, playmate and constant companion. He is the best dog I have ever had.

Just wait till he's 4 or 5. Think he's good now? When he's out of the adolescent years and mellows a touch and learns more you will be floored.

I agree - this morning on a walk out with Cubby, we met another black GSD! I was pleasantly amazed!

He would make a good working dog. I have to run him 3 times a day for him to be happy. He then goes and gets in the pool by himself.

My dog gets 2 hours of exercise every day. I could do with 3 but its too hot in the summer for a longer workout. Its sufficient to keep her happy!
