I've been toying with this thought for a day or so and it just came together so:
For those of you who have a great bond with your dog based on a lot of fun along with the rules that the dog learned both through praise and consequences when needed.
The next time your guy or girl does something that is off limits/out of bounds/breaks the rules but makes you laugh on the inside and requires a somewhat firm voice on the outside, instead of the usual firm expected "leave it" or "stop" or what ever, say her name or look him dead in the eye and ask "do you want a correction". Then start clicking and report back.
It would be interesting to see if yours did what mine did (it happened quite a while ago but I was thinking about it): a head tilt and ran right over oh so happily to get what I threatened to give him Lol. I'll also do it again and grab a pic as soon as he does something wrong. Oh, and don't correct him for rushing to you, reward him he deserves it for making you smile.
