Hi,
My 7 yr old German Shepherd (LUK) has a big injury on his tail (not sure if an infection or bitten) all the way to the skin. It has been like this for almost a month now and no hair has grown back!!
Please advice!

That looks like a hot spot. It will not heal on it's own, but will continue to get worse. I suggest you seek medical attention with your vet.
