We are in the process of trying to figure out what we want to switch Berrin over to. He has been eating PC since he came home but we were told by many on the board that we should try to switch him over to something better. We were told Canidae before but it seems like many people are off of this because of the changes are are really upset about them. So what is everyone looking to as a good replacement for Canidae in a somewhat reasonable price range?

I am still feeding Canidae. Though I will say I haven't gotten the new formula yet. I bought kibble last week, they had 3 bags of the old formula left so I bought that instead. Why spend the same amount of money and get 5 less pounds of food any sooner than necessary?

I am planning on sticking with Canidae unless the new formula doesn't agree with my dogs.

No but I was told by more than a few people that we should get him off Puppy Chow and onto something better for him.

I have to agree, PC isnt exactly the best food out there, It is hard to find good foods.

We are feeding Jesse Orijen and he is doing amazing on it.

From what I have read different people like these foods.

Canidae, Wellness, Natures Variety, and Natural Balance

But people are really worried about Canidae because of the changes and because of Diamond Foods. Wellness and Natures seem on the more expensive side. What about Natural Balance? Who produces NB and how is compared to the other choices?
