This friendly girl was found wondering on Bloomfield Ave. She was not wearing any collar or ID. No one has reported her missing. She appears to be friendly and in good health. She has been given a parvo/distemper vaccine.

She is scheduled for euthanasia at 1pm on Wed., March, 5th

Please call 330-424-6663 ext.1757 if you are interested in in giving her a second chance in your home. Our adoption fee is $60 CASH which includes her spaying, parvo/distemper vaccine, rabies vaccination, and 2008 Ohio dog license which will be honored anywhere in the state of Ohio through the end of 2008.

Our hours are Mon-Fri 8am-12pm and 1pm-4pm and Sat 9am-12pm.

We can cover the $60 expenses and transport part way but this facility is 9 hours away from us. Is there anyone that might be able to tag team with transport? We'd also need some flexibility on the kill-by date.

Are you looking to adopt her --- please email shelter NOW - and call shelter before they open tomorrow -- ask if there is any volunteers who can pull her into boarding for you --

I have been in contact everyday with Bob and Karen. They have a heart of gold and at first, just wanted to buy her more time, hoping a rescue would be able to take her. (They are new to the rescue world and just learning how things work) However, even though they paid her adoption fee and some extra to buy her more time, if no rescue steps up for her they will take her into their home.
Xira, do you know of any rescues that would be willing to take her in? They are trying to arrange transport to NY *just in case* a rescue does not take her. They are very committed to helping in anyway possible to ensure this girl has a safe, happy life.

I wish I did know someone who could take her. Seems all rescues are full right now :-(
Do you know if her 4 pups where adopted? I haven't talked with Dawn at the shelter.

Hi- Bob called today and said that the last of her four puppies was adopted today- per the shelter. They said she is a very sweet girl and they have not noticed any dog aggression and has been wonderful with everyone at the shelter. They really want to see this girl saved. I am hoping someone will come through (rescue) but if not, it will be worked out.

She is at the shelter, Bob is arranging transport for her, she will either be on it this weekend or next. Her adoption fee has been paid by them and she will be coming to NY to their home. Originally it was hoped that a rescue would take her if more time was bought for her, but no one did and the family doesnt want to abandon her. So, she will be coming to join their family. (I guess I will have a neice now too lol).
