This is an urgent transport request for "Saundra" WGSD who will be needing ongoing medical attention for whatever is causing her to keep her head tilted.. probable severe ear infection?? It would benefit her greatly if she could get to her rescue ASAP!!!

Neutered/Spayed? will be done by receiving rescue
Health Cert? yes
Any Health issues? Possibly SEVERE ear infection PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH HER EARS as they are sore !!!
Traveling with medications? Most likely yes for ear infection
Any behavior problems? none known
Does he/she get along with other animals? unknown
What items will be sent with passenger on transport? leash, collar, shelter and vet paperwork
she keeps her head turned to the one side all the time and looks to be in great pain, she is sweet but needs urgent medical attention, We have a pull and hold for transport but need to get her up to her new foster ASAP
