Marco is now 11 weeks old -he got his second round of shots last week so we started walking him around the block. The last two days he's outright refused to leave the property - except last night when Sasha went next door to do her business - but i can't bring Sasha on walks her arthritis is bad enough that she really cant go too far.

I kind of remember Sasha going through this phase - but again, 14 years ago, I don't recall how we addressed it.

Any advice as always is welcome!

Don’t force him. If he doesn’t want to go, don’t make him. It’ll take a lot longer to train out the issues with forcing him to go out than this. Puppies are supposed to stay “in the den” so to speak to stay safe. He’s little and doesn’t need to be out anyway.

Start small. Put on his leash and just walk around the house giving him treats. Make it exciting.
