I have read this a couple of times, and I think I am all right with what our city did here. I dont believe they caved in to all of the Breed Bashing, and I like the fact that if they indeed do have an aggressive dog incident, there is the oppertunity for the owner to do the the right thing and TRAIN. Take a look, see if I missed anything.

I really like that ordinance. We have one some what like that here, though I don't believe it requires dog training. I am going to check. Sadly we only have 3 trainers here, one that I can verify as a real certified trainer. That would help tremendously.

Our city also states if the dog is to stay outdoors, once deemed dangerous, it must be in a dog run/kennel with a concrete base and a specific enclosure with wire fencing.
