Socializing puppies UNDER 4 months.

Where does everyone take their puppies to get them socialized, AND keep the risk of them catching something (since they aren't old enough to have had all of their shots.) to a minimum?

Check out this thread which had a lot of great suggestions and addressed young dogs' socilaization as well
