My 12 years old mixed shepherd; part german and belgium shepard is vomiting and his blood test showed a glucose of 37. Can someone give me info about this. He's is beginninig to lose weight, but that's because I'm feeding him only rice with no salt and small chucks of chicken breast so he won't vomit and it seems to work. He still have energy but of course he has difficulty with arthritis in his hind legs.

yes - what is your vet saying? Also - is your dog a diabetic? If so, it would be a sign of low blood sugar problem. If that hasn't been diagnosed yet and is now-don't worry it can be managed. My neighbor's senior dog was diagnosed and once the diet was adjusted and insulin was given (easy to learn to give the shots just like for people) the dog lived for years.
