I am looking for a ASL puppy for myself and family, two kids, 11 and 6 yr old, DO not have any experience with GSD from before but have had other dogs. Looking for show line who would be a good friendly companion. Needing recommendations for good breeders around Indiana, obviously will be willing a drive a bit to get a good match.
All suggestions welcome.
Thanks

Not familiar with breeders in indianna but I have heard about good thing about breeders in surrounding states and familiar with some of the lines. I know andaka is was a member on here a asl breeder I believe she is or was located indianna - maybe you can private message her. Gsd club in your state and I believe Facebook page on gsd breededs may give you somewhere to start on your journey!!!

NadarK9 in Kentucky is an excellent showline breeder. Can't say enough good things about her. Dogs are health tested and titled with nice drives, solid temperaments and nerves and Ash is the most supportive breeder you could wish for. She just did a breeding which is the repeat of her last breeding and pups are turning out so nice. She makes sure she matches you to the right puppy and is just super.

ETA: Sorry saw you wanted ASL. Ash breeds WGSL and working lines. Still wouldn't hesitate if you aren't completely sold on an ASL.

If you are looking to be sold then run from someone with cheap sales tactics it’s an innate instinct of mine. Any line can be a good family dog it is finding a reputable breeder to know what you want. There are issues in any line. There is a breeder in Pennsylvania - I’m not sure how you want to go - Hollow hills were I have a wgsl from she also breeds asl Beth is a wonderful and honest and great at matching puppy to owner. Marcato also in Pennsylvania. The other breeders I heard about and are reputable and who I would check out myself closer to you I believe. Nocturne kennels and tidemire is asl wgsl mix. On my way out pretty sure these breeders in your surrounding area. Not sure if or when there are litters available now but also A gsd show I believe in Ohio listed last-if you want to take a look and meet some breeders.
