God how I wish I knew some way to help her! Last time I asked about a pup going into rescue it was already being worked on and I didnt know, and I dont know if that is what is going on here? is anyone working on her behind the scenes? Is anyone close enough to the shelter to even pull her out? I am going to call at 8:30 to see if we cant get her some more time, especially if she is just a pup...

Ok, I just spoke with a lady at AC-she said this girl is safe until 5 pm friday. She has 11 other dogs that are going to be pts at one pm today, but they are giving her until friday to find rescue or a home. She said she is just a big big puppy, not even a year old. So... we have some more time. Dawn- can your rescue take her for sure?

Spoke with the shelter...she said that Brightstar Rescue contacted them regarding her...is this you? I facilitiate rescues...we do not TAKE dogs and at this time I have no foster homes open in Georgia...I do know of a rescue in Cochran Ga. who MIGHT have room for her...dont want her to fall thru the cracks..if no one steps up for her by Friday, I will see about getting her pulled and put into boarding until I can find someone to take her. No dog aggression/food aggression...sweet gal...

Kaylene (the shelter worker) tries soooo hard for these dogs! Her heart breaks when she has to euth...and she pleads for help. She would be soo appreciative to be able to spare her....

Hi- I called the shelter, and spoke with her, and she said that someone had left a message on her she believed from a rescue, and I let her know it was a different rescue and that I am only a foster home that volunteers with BrightStar, just calling to see how much time she has left. I dont/cant make any decisions for BrightStar, just letting her know I was a foster with them and not Last Hope so there was no confusion.
