This was Elsa's shelter. Very low adoption rate, I can't even remember how low it was, but very scary. Wonderful shelter though to work with and she was a doll. Being they're only pups could be why not much info on them. . . . just a thought.

It's getting worse Laurie - I spoke to a volunteer last week, she says the number of OTIs is increasing - they are starting to get hit by the foreclosure mess.

Poor babies and we all know too well that black faced dogs have an even harder time getting out of shelters, even if they are pups. . . .

They were there as of this afternoon, but the shelter is extremely full and time is short. There was no interest in these babies last time I was in contact with the volunteer.
