Sasha is 8yr old spayed long hair german shepherd. She has lived with her owner
since she was a puppy. Here's the story. She grew up in a home with 2 children,
1 being autistic and the other with ADHD. The parent have divorced and the
mother's new husband doesn't want animals. The x husband Dave has Sasha. Dave
lost his job and has taken a new job as a truck driver. He is on the road for
days at a time. He is also living in someone's home. Now this person has been
taking care of Sasha while Dave is on the road. Sasha is very thin and throws up
every few days. Dave took her to the vet. who thinks it's her tyroid. I have
been told tyroid medicine is pennies a day. Dave can't afford the test. The
person who's house he is living in doesn't want the responsibility of Sasha. All
Dave's extra money goes to creditors.
I met Sasha the other day. She is a sweet laid back dog. When I walked in she
just bent her head between my legs. I took her out side to do an evaluation on
her. First let me tell you that this girl will be gorgeous when she gets getter.
She has such soulful eyes.Shasha let me touch her all over with no problem. She
is skin and bones. I could feel every rib when I touched her. She knows some
commands. There were dogs outside in the yard next to her and behind her. One of
the dogs kept barking and there was no reaction from Sasha. She has lived with
dogs and cats too. There was a bug flying around her and I went to get it away
from her so my hand went somewhat quickly towards her face and she still was ok.
She is a all around nice girl. I really hope someone can help her. She needs to
get out of there and be safe! I am going to be the contact person for Sasha.
