Does anyone know of any good or decent trainers to work dogs for SAR? We are fairly new to Ohio and are considering getting another SAR prospect but would need to find a trainer around Columbus. Any help would be appreciated.

The group I work with is Buckeye Search and Rescue dogs. Half our members are near Dayton and half are near Cincinnati. I know there are a couple of groups closer to Columbus, but I don't know them very well.

Central Ohio Search & Rescue group is one I've heard of and another is K9 Response Search & Rescue. I can not speak to what those teams are like, just that I have heard of them and they are both near Columbus. You can google them for more info.
