Just came across the article on CNN. Seems this outbreak includes Raw Turkey dog foods. It didn't list any brands. If you are feeding store bought raw turkey or premade raw turkey there is cause for concern.

to those who are experienced with raw food diets this question goes out to you guys. Would this be of concern to our dogs, or more of a concern to the people handling the raw turkey.

More of a concern for human than dogs. But an already ill, old or compromised pet could be at a greater risk. In this particular instance salmonella was apparently found in and to have possibly caused illness in humans from either poor handling of contaminated raw turkey pet food or from shed in stool and again probable poor hygiene handling stool cleanup. They didn't say the age of those who became ill that fed raw turkey pet food. One could suspect if it was children it was possible from touching the pets anus or stepping in waste in the yard or something of the sort and putting hands in mouth.

Still raw feeders should be aware of additional potential risks occurring within the turkey industry at present.

Older article but informative on the risk to pets regarding salmonella
