It cannot be called a "shelter". I am glad there are people finally watching out for these poor animals.

It was covered on at least 2 local news stations last night.
Of the 785 dogs and 430 cats at the shelter that year, 765 dogs and 400 cats were killed, according to DePalma's data. She said the remainder either died at the shelter, escaped or were stolen.
