Regression? What to do

My dog, Bandit, is 6 months old...we've had her for a little over a month. By a week after we brought her home, she was housetrained. Now for the past week she's been peeing and pooping in the house and I can't figure out why or what to do about it. I've just been cleaning it up then putting her outside. I've caught her in the act a couple of times and told her NO then put her outside. I'm getting real tired of cleaning up messes and having stains in the carpet! Any suggestions?????

Take her out on a potty schedule;) In a new home you can't expect the dog to be perfect so take her out every hour and praise her for a job well done:)
If you catch her in the act inside do not tell her NO. She will think she isn't suppose to potty. Tell her outside then take her outside. Take her out often especially after she wakes up, eats/drinks. Praise her big time each time she potties outside.
It's pretty normal for them to slip, and I agree- I never scolded for having an accident, simply pick her up, say nothing or something happy like 'uh oh!' and pop her outside. I know it's hard to sound happy but a reprimand can make things worse. I figure it's my fault for not getting them outside in time. Like everyone else said, get her out every hour, feed her the same time and you'll get to know her schedule.

exactly what GSDAlphaMom said!!!! This does take time and mishaps will happen just be patient and keep redirecting your pup outside. We never said a word when Molly made a mistake in the house we just brought her out and praise her like crazy when she did her business outside:)
Good idea to rule out parasites or bladder issues. You should be able to take a fecal sample and urine into your vet to make sure.
Once that is ruled out, best idea is to go back to treating her like a puppy. Constantly watching, trips outside every hour, or 5 minutes if she looks like she is sniffing around.
I have heard more than one family have this issue, and it is most likely a stage as long as you keep on top of it.
(BTW- I have always said a firn "no" if catching them in the act inside, praise for going outside. Have not had one be afraid to go potty outside yet.)
Good luck,
My puppy had 4 pee accidents in the first 2 days home and never anything afterwards. Water was taken away 2 hours before bedtime.

What worked for me was taking her out after every meal and literally every 1-1 1/2 hours around the clock except when she was sleeping. I let her (and me) sleep for 3 hours at night, then she went out. She always had to pee during those night trips. I gradually lengthened the night intervals, but kept up the day intervals for several weeks.

She's rock solid and will practically beat me up if I don't pay attention to her and she needs to go out!
Thanks everyone for your thoughts and suggestions. What I failed to mention was that she would be outside for a good length of time--the one time for two hours--then come inside and pee. But I am setting a timer for every hour so that I can remember to take her out more often. Hopefully that will do the trick!

That may be your problem. Just because she is outside, does not mean she is pottying before you bring her in.
I wrote this up a while back, might be helpful? (beware the sarcasm:))

GAGSD--too bad I didn't live closer to Columbus, I could really tap into your GSD knowledge in person! I'm trying to have patience with this and take her out more often and watch her go pee. I'm kinda wondering if she might have a UTI...she keeps licking and biting at her vaginal area. I called the vet and asked them but they just said to keep an eye on her. I have an appointment next Monday to get her spayed so if she's continuing to pee in the house, I'll have them check her when I take her in.
