Rawhide can take a WHILE to digest. My last dog used to eat it like candy, no problem but current one sounds like yours. It is likely digested but could have irritated your pup's insides so you have another WHILE to put up with it.
Good old chicken and rice should help, more rice than chicken. What has worked for
me is putting some water in the kibble. After it soaks a bit she thinks she is getting canned.
