We started our 8 week old on raw last night and this morning and her stools have been fine, but this morning she has peed on our carpet 5 times within 20 minutes. She has NEVER done this before, given we've only had her 4 days. She usually will go to the front door or go to a puppy pad. She has had the occasional accident but never this many times in a row. Is there any way this could be caused by the raw?

I would say no. How long have you had the pup? An 8 week old will potty often, but going that much in 20 minutes would concern me.
Has she recently been wormed/vaccinated? She could possibly have a UTI(but I don't hear of that being common in a baby puppy)
Raw fed dogs consume less water than kibble fed.
What are you feeding her?

Raw food is very high in moisture and it isn't uncommon for puppies to need to pee more often. 5 times in 20 minutes is a lot, though.
