This was the first bite of the day. After this, we did everything u suggested. This was just a warm up. When we trease him, he digs like a brauma bull.okay -- how to make it better -- not enough frustration for the dog . You want good bite development , don't give the dog the bite. You have the flirt so far back , flip it twice , then the person comes running to the dog and feeds the thing , jams, it into the mouth. Even here the person could have fooled the dog , taunted him with it oh so close and then moved away and teased him more.
If you had teased the dog up closer , making the dog think it can get the toy , then move back , sneak up closer , or move back and allow the dog to get some ground by allowing him a moment of chase , moving forward when you have maximum stimulation of the toy you would have more intensity . this is after all PREY development . make it prey.
We've lightened up since this video. He was 16 weeks then, he's 18 weeks now so we are going lighterAvoid strenuous bite training until he is finished teething
