What is the cheapest way to get those little ID tags for a dog's collar? Our vet's seem really expensive.

thanks

We also get all of ours from Boomerang tags. They're a bit more expensive than the machines, but very good service and exceptional quality. We get the rivet on style and rivet them to our dogs' leather collars. They look sharp, no annoying jingle and no chance of them getting caught on something and hanging up the dog or ripping off as with the dangly tags.

I have leather collars with brass equine halter plates - the engraving is super compared to dog tags. They rivet on. (photo on my old not updated leather site - k9leathers.com)

We just printed a Steeler dog tag at Petsmart for $9.00. They have about 7 or 8 shape choices and you can choose how many lines and what info you want to print. Not a bad deal!

petsmart has a machine that makes them extremely cheap, so does pet value in some areas, pj pets, and various other larger pet supply stores. our animals all have them and the engraving is fantastic

if you go to an engraving store in a large mall you can also find them, they range between $5.00 -up and engraving is approx $3. pr line
