Our pup is now 13 weeks and I've just realised that she has a UTI. Off to the vet tomorrow.

I've read about inverted vulvas being responsible for a lot of puppy UTIs. Ive never really paid attention to dog vulvas so I have no idea if this might be the problem for her. Can someone have a look please?

And another thing ...

Her pee is sticky and doesn't really dry properly. The one in the photo is on our patio and she did it at least 6 hours ago. It is still damp and shiny. Could that be from a UTI or should I be starting to worry about diabetes? She's always drunk heaps.

Vulva appears normal to me for a pup that age--first pic shows the vulva is protruding outwards--- and yes...a UTI will change the appearance/looks of a dog's urine---your vet will (should) tell you more about that.
