Maybe this could be a corgi, if he had different ears, a different face, really short legs, and wasn't all white. Would it help if I squint my eyes?
Is anyone close enough to go to this shelter to confirm he is a white GSD pup? (And convince the shelter that he is a white GSD pup?)
