What does the bag say? There should be some kind of warning on it.

I'm on my walk and this was in one of my neighbors yards she was nice enough to let me see the bag to take a picture. I'm not home yet in order to read up on the the warnings

I wasn't able to locate the MSDS for the granules, but did for the liquid of the same. Unfortunately it doesn't have information for pets:

Whew, I went ahead and called the animal poison control line. This costs 40$ but I am leaving to go out of town Monday and I really needed to know how bad this could be.

The women was very nice and I was able to describe the bag so that she knew which poison it was.

After 5 min and 40$ later the woman was able to tell me that the pesticide that Lulu got into has a very high "something" margin I think, of safety. So it looks like Lulu will be just fine.

Thank you everyone for your help.
