I wasn't able to locate the MSDS for the granules, but did for the liquid of the same. Unfortunately it doesn't have information for pets:

Can you give activated charcoal as a precaution?

Whew, I went ahead and called the animal poison control line. This costs 40$ but I am leaving to go out of town Monday and I really needed to know how bad this could be.

The women was very nice and I was able to describe the bag so that she knew which poison it was.

After 5 min and 40$ later the woman was able to tell me that the pesticide that Lulu got into has a very high "something" margin I think, of safety. So it looks like Lulu will be just fine.
