"There is a German Shepherd female (# F-12) in the Scioto County, Portsmouth, OH, Pound who was picked up as a stray 6/19/08 and whose 5-day retention period expires 6/24/08 just in time for their weekly Tuesday morning mass euthanasia. She seems very nice and is scared to death. "
