Hi all,

Nero has just turned 12 months and I got the vet to x ray his hips and elbows just for peace of mind. I plan on sending new hip x rays to be scored when he is a little older. I didn't think these hips(especially the left) looked very good. Ca downloadfile-3.jpg

downloadfile-8.jpg n I please get some other opinions?

The shots are quite small to see. Don't know if you can load up to a photo sharing site so they can be viewed better.

I dont know anything about hips/elbows really (except that I worry about it!)

Just wanted to say I love the name Nero ;) I have a kitty with that name.

I don't do elbows, but in terms of hips I did quite a research before I got Lara's results and I can say that in SV grading this hips will most likely pass with an a2(fast normal). The positioning is not the best, the right hip is a little bit higher than the other one and I would not send this to OFA/SV but instead I would re-do them with better positionong and then send them. Congrats, hips look good!
