Hello

My 5 year old gsd suddenly developed this pink discoloration on one side of his lips/gums. The skin itself is still smooth so it's not a wart or anything of that.

I was checking his gums again today and noticed the other side is beginning to develop the same discoloration, in pretty much the exact spot.

What could it be? Just regular depigmentation from him getting older? Or something potentially serious?

Is that the lips it’s hard to see. It can be from aging. A vet will let you know for sure what it’s from.
