I think its too much..makes the dog look smudy or something..faded..hard to make out.

Its an effect on my camera phone. Its supposed to look like a painting. But I can clearly make out the dog. Not sure how you cant. Thans for your opinion tho.

I never said I couldn't make out the dog but at first glance I found it a bit out of focus..so I said i found it hard...but it makes sense that its a camera app..not a very good one...yup but only my opinion so to each their own.
