Puppy has SIBO, usually controlled with diet only. No grains, ever, pretty much keeps us poop-happy.

Guess who had a bunch of grain-treats at daycare yesterday AND today?!

Guess who has wicked diarrhea?

Poor widdle puppers.

I suspect it will pass in a day or so, as per usual when she gets something with grain (and of course, if it doesn't, back to the vet!), but what do you suggest for some at-home soothing? I can have DH stop and pick something up on his way home from work.

pumpkin worked really well on my pup - about a tsp x2 daily. good luck.

When Kelly was having a flare-up with his SIBO, neither pumpkin or Pepto helped him, nothing did. He only showed improvement after taking a 30 day course of tetracycline, a shot he got at the ER (sorry, I can't recall the name) and some anti-diarrhea tablets from the vet.
