Well, I have not been to training in about 4 weeks, and it seems Hunter is regressing. He is no longer strong and confident when meeting new people. So, Hunter and I will be walking Partridge Creek at least once a week in the afternoon for him to meet more people.

Is this common? He will be truning 10 months on the 6th.

it can be with some , especially at certain ages. Definately get him out into the big wide world,, even if you have a shopping center near you, walk the perimeter , have people TOSS him treats, vs hand them over (unless of course he's willing to let people hand them over:)

Definately get in that socializing

This is a mall by my home, The Mall at Partridge Creek: The Mall at Partridge Creek, it allows dogs almost through out. A little more priced then my wallet can handle, but for walking the pup, I am hoping it works out. SHeryl and I were there last week, I think about 10 people approached Hunter, all with GSD stories, so I think this will work out for us.

I am very shocked by his recent behavior, I am glad this seems to be the right approach.
