My 4 month old puppy was recently seen by the vet and diagnosed with Pano Disease. His pain and limping is under control now with anti inflammatory medicine. However, the vet showed me his drastic overbite and the damage his lower puppy canine teeth are causing to his upper gums. Will his jaw continue growing like the rest of him and hopefully self correct this issue? Or is this a common problem with GSD’s and I need to seriously consider a dentist to correct this? Is there anything I can do at home to help improve this?

I would think about seeing a dental specialist. As your pup is still teething the dentition may shift some. Have your pup carry a ball, sometimes that can help with underbites/overbite. Good that your vet was observant. I would also let the breeder know what is going on, it tends to be genetic.
