We have two puppies, a six month old GSD, Baron. A three month old Malamute, Willow.
With Baron we had to treat him while he got used to our nightly grooming schedule. With Willow she just loved it from day one.
Now they both fall asleep minutes into grooming. At whatever time we do it. I think it's one of the nicest/cutest attributes of these dogs. Makes it easy.

That's much cuter than the whining, struggling fit my puppy had last time I groomed him. I guess that tiny slicker brush was too cruel. Of course he also had a whining, crying fit the day before ... when I gently cleaned his ears. And the day before when he had to have a hose down and bath. Drama drama.
